Uber Promo Code for Toronto

Good Morning Folks. Today I am coming to you with a special Uber promotion for people that live in Toronto.

As you may know, I will be speaking at PointsUYYZ on Saturday and Uber has come in as a last minute sponsor.  As such, they have provided a code for $15 off an UberPool ride.

What is UberPool?  Well it’s Uber but you pick up another passenger on the way to your destination.  This helps defray some of the costs associated with a private ride.  According to Uber, this can add 5 minutes to your trip time but the cost deferral is likely worth it.  Uber’s algorithm will match your ride automatically with someone that is travelling on a similar route so you should not be dramatically displaced.

In theory, this would work well if you are say travelling from the airport to downtown.  It is likely that there are other Uber riders that are doing the exact same thing.

I intend on giving it a shot when I arrive at Pearson International on Friday.

If you currently have an Uber account, use the code POINTSUYYZ for $15 off your first UberPool ride. If you have used UberPool before, unfortunately you do not qualify for this offer.
